I am doing that now Well, trying, aanwyy.I joined a gym! Cardio burns fat and increases your metabolism.. So i am losing weight that way. I am usually on Cardio about 30-45 mins. And of course, if you want to lose weight, you must eat healthy.And to gain muscle, obviously, weights! I usually am working with all weights in the gym for a full body workout. Which usually takes about 40 minutes. And so far, I am looking good and in shape!! I go to the gym about.. 2 or 3 times a week. OH btw, above, i gave you tips on how you can lose weight but honestly, in my opinion i dont think you need to lose weight. you are very tall! and at a healthy weight for your height. What, do you want to be a twig? haha. I am 5'9-ish and about 160 and everybody calls me superskinny!! ..and i know i am not fat. You may need to tone up a bit, depending on your body.. but, i dont think you need to lose weight.Well aanwyys, whichever your choice.. Good Luck. hope i helped some

Haben bei TechnoPoint Hochzeitskarten drucken lassen.
Lief prima und die Karten kamen pünktlich.
Wir wurden sogar vom Service angerufen weil noch ein Fehler in der Datei gefunden wurde.
