When having a Bible study with my chdrilen, as an example, I pray along the lines of: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this beautiful day and for the chance we have, as a family, to get to know you better. Please help my chdrilen to take this information to heart and to apply it as best they can and please help me to be a good parent and help them learn about you and your promises. We thank you for our many many blessings and ask your forgiveness where we fall short and err. This we pray in the name of your Son and our King and Redeemer, Christ Jesus, Amen'When I'm wanting to lean something personally, I pray for the ability to learn what's being taught and to apply it to my life so I can please him and bring glory to his name and I close the prayer in Jesus' name.But as another person answered, our prayers aren't to be memorized or scripted. Just speak from the heart. Ask for specific help, give thanks for your blessings, pray for others.Congrats on your study! You'll learn many wonderful things May Jehovah continue to guide you on your journey.
